Scope: Each package covers consulting for one person’s situation. Home care, programs, and other providers charge separately. Additional work is agreed and priced before it begins.

What I actually help with

When “we’re managing”
starts to feel like too much.

You don’t need to know which service to ask for. Start with the situation you’re facing. We’ll look at the everyday challenges, your priorities, and the support that could help.

01Daily life & safety

Making a plan for home

“Dad wants to stay home, but I’m noticing things slipping.”

We look at routines, available help, and gaps in day-to-day support—from getting meals organized to understanding where extra assistance may be needed.

The focusA clearer picture of what’s working, what’s getting harder, and what to address first.
02Behavior & memory changes

Understanding the hard moments

“Every offer of help turns into an argument.”

We explore patterns around resistance to care, agitation, or difficult routines. Together, we consider communication, environmental triggers, and practical changes for caregivers to try.

The focusMore useful ways to respond, with questions to bring to the person’s healthcare team.
03Care options & transitions

Sorting through the next step

“There are so many options. What fits our situation?”

Understand home care, adult day programs, respite, and residential care options. After a hospital stay or when needs change, we identify practical questions and the support to explore.

The focusOptions you understand and a focused plan for the next conversations.
04Caregiver & family support

Getting everyone on the same page

“I’m doing everything, and my family doesn’t see it.”

Make the care needs and workload easier to explain. We work through priorities, realistic expectations, and where help could make the biggest difference.

The focusA more manageable plan that respects the individual and the people supporting them.

Still Care Consulting provides guidance, planning, and navigation. Hands-on personal care, diagnosis, and medical treatment are provided by the appropriate care professionals.

Staying at home with more support

A parent wants to stay home. Meals and rides are getting harder to organize, and one family member is handling most of the arrangements.

  1. Make everyday gaps visible

Next action: List which meals, errands, and rides already have reliable help and which still need coverage.

Who: The older adult and family, using the priorities discussed in the review.

  2. Explore suitable support

Next action: Contact the relevant meal, transportation, or home-support services identified in the written plan. Ask about cost, eligibility, and availability.

Who: Family, or Amanda for agreed coordination tasks within Plan + Connections.

  3. Share the responsibilities

Next action: Agree who handles each task, name a backup, and choose a time for the family to check whether the arrangement is working.

Who: The older adult and the people involved in their support.

Your own plan is tailored to your situation. This example is illustrative guidance; provider services, eligibility, and availability must be confirmed.

A few things you may be wondering

Let’s make
this clearer.

Have a different question?
You can ask me directly.

Is this home care or medical care?

Still Care Consulting offers private, non-clinical guidance. I help you understand care needs, consider options, and plan next steps. I don’t provide hands-on caregiving, diagnose conditions, or prescribe treatment through this service.

Do we need a diagnosis or a crisis to reach out?

No. You can reach out when something feels harder, your current arrangement isn’t working well, or you want to prepare for a change. A concern about daily life is a good place to start.

Can I contact you about my own needs?

Absolutely. You do not need a family member to contact me for you. We can discuss your priorities, what you want help with, and the options you would like to understand.

What does it cost? Is there a long-term commitment?

Home & Care Review is $295. Plan + Connections is $475 and adds up to two hours of coordination to the review and written plan. The introduction is free and lasts 15 minutes. Services are private pay, with no monthly subscription or long-term commitment. See the full package details.

Can you help in the home?

Yes. An in-person home visit is available with either package. If you prefer, we can meet by telephone or video instead. We’ll agree on the format and confirm availability before booking.

Can we work together by telephone or video?

Yes. Both the free introduction and the packages are available by telephone or virtual video call if that’s your preference. We’ll discuss your routines, support, and concerns, then create your written plan. You can choose the format that works best for you.
